Diana Johannessen is a highly skilled, effective senior-level talent management leader with over 20 years of HR field and consulting experience. She works with Mulsanne clients on optimal use of technology, process, and people by drawing on her deep expertise in system implementations and change management.
Her experience has primarily been with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients working in a variety of sectors such as retail, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, architecture/construction, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and technology. She recently led a three-year talent acquisition strategy and business process transformation project, and organizational assessment at a leading pharmaceutical corporation.
Diana joined Mulsanne in 2013 after a successful stint with her own consulting practice, which she formed after serving as a Training and Change Management Director for a human capital management services firm. In that capacity, she led project teams responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise-wide talent management systems, and was directly accountable for quality assurance and client satisfaction.
She is an alumnus of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where she was formally trained and certified as a consultant on world-class methodologies, with a particular emphasis on integrating change and executive coaching into her projects. Her technology experience is primarily focused on SaaS architecture (Software as a Service), and she has negotiated several contracts and pricing models in this area.
Diana holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Marketing Management from Case Western Reserve University and participates locally and regionally with various industry organizations.
