Brett Daberko
Brett Daberko has been a sales and marketing leader for more than twenty years. He is an experienced at driving results through strategy, transformation and implementation. He began his professional career with Ernst & Young where he worked as a consulting manager. From there he began a ten-year career with IBM where he focused on several competencies to impact his clients’ profitable growth. Brett’s experience includes both operations and sales and marketing strategy and execution. He has worked with executives to improve collaboration across functions, improving communications and talent. He advanced to an associate partner role in IBM’s Strategy and Change practice specializing in the areas of market and customer strategy. In 2006, Brett joined YRC Worldwide where he served as VP of Business Development before being promoted to SVP of Sales and Marketing. At YRC he developed and implemented a strategy to integrate multiple sales and marketing organizations, while driving day-to-day results.
In his most recent position prior to joining Mulsanne, Brett was with The Scotts Company where he held the positions of VP of Global Marketing Services and GM / VP of Channel Development. He was responsible for a sales division targeted at growing non-core customer base to diversify revenue streams. He developed sales, account, trade marketing, communciation and product strategies to grow the business.
Brett’s consulting and industry expertise in go-to market strategies, sales structures, targeting accounts and developing associated strategies, as well as partnership development, have driven results across many industries.
Brett holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
